Locate questions
What can I track with Locate?
Cars, dogs, cats, your own bags and luggage, and tool cases. Locate is not for tracking people. Tracking someone without their agreement breaks our terms and may be a crime.
Is there a contract?
No. Locate is monthly, and you can cancel any time. If you choose the annual plan for a pet or item tracker, you pay £60 for the year, and if you cancel early we refund every whole month left.
Do I need anything else to use it?
A smartphone or computer with an internet connection. You sign in with your phone number or email, and there's no password to remember.
Can my dog walker or family see where my dog is?
Yes. You can share location with family, walkers or sitters without giving them your account, and switch it off whenever you like.
What happens to the tracker if I cancel?
It's still yours, because you bought it outright. It runs on the Excubia platform, so it stops reporting when your subscription ends.
