What tracking can and can't do. Excubia gives you location and driving data to act on. It doesn't guarantee a stolen vehicle is recovered, and it depends on GPS and mobile coverage, device power and condition. Our tools support your compliance, but they don't replace your responsibility for it. More on our About page.

Fleet questions
Is there a minimum contract?
No, on any tier. Fleet is monthly, and you can cancel with notice as set out in our Terms of Service.
Can I put different vehicles on different tiers?
No. Each account is on one tier, which keeps your features and reporting consistent across the fleet.
Are the user and geofence limits per vehicle?
No, they're per account. Basic includes 5 users and 3 geofences, Standard 10 of each, and Enhanced and Platinum are unlimited.
Can my drivers use an app?
Yes. The driver app, with walkaround inspections, is included in Platinum and available as an add-on on Standard and Enhanced. Ask us for the add-on price.
Do I need different hardware for vehicle data?
Yes. Fuel level, fault codes and EV battery data come from the vehicle's own systems, which need a compatible device and a vehicle that provides the data. These features are coming soon on Enhanced and Platinum.
Does driver working-time monitoring replace my tachograph?
No. It helps you keep an eye on working time, but it doesn't replace your tachograph or your own responsibility for drivers' hours compliance.
What does fitting cost?
Trackers are from £75, bought outright, and fitting by us across Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster and Barnsley is from £80. Running a larger fleet? Talk to us about fitting across the whole fleet.
